Delly Cartwright

This is Taylor Spreitler. She is 17, the same age a Delly. Not much is known about delly but we knw that she is very happy and smiles at everybody. Her and Peeta were child hood friends, she used to tell people he was her brother. At the ned of Catching fire, Delly and her brother escape to distict 13. After the Peeta was returned home from the Capitol, Delly was one of the only people able to calm him down. Delly's parents owned a shoe shop in Distict 12, they did not escape the bombing. Delly is desribed in the book to be a plump girl with freckles, but I think this girl suits a lot
